Hi, I'm Rick Reyes, Founder and CEO of Yaphy Fitness.
I created this company because I like to solve problems. The problem was that I kept hearing the same frustrations from the women in my life - my wife, sisters, friends. They'd gripe about how the big-name fitness brands charge an arm and a leg for workout gear that doesn't always justify the price. And when they'd try to cut costs by grabbing cheaper options, those things would fall apart after a few washes, usually some low-quality imports that just didn't hold up. I’m a super patriotic retired law enforcement veteran so I set out to build a new brand with the help of my family, one that only produces goods “Made in the USA” at prices that make sense. And we're doing all of this in an ultra lean, pragmatic, and ethical way that allows us to keep our overhead low and pass savings on to you, our beloved consumer.
For me, this wasn't just a chance to start another business; it felt like a real opportunity to fix something that was letting people down. I've always been passionate about lifting others up, and Yaphy is my way of doing that. It's not some corporate machine it's a family thing, poured straight from the heart, designed for women who deserve workout clothes that actually work as hard as they do.

Athletics and fitness have been central to my identity since childhood. From competitive swimming to high school football, and throughout my career in law enforcement, staying active has always been part of who I am. I've also worked in the fitness industry on the business side, selling commercial gym equipment globally for many years.
